Hi, I’m Lisa and I love taking pictures.
For me, one of the best things about photography is knowing that I have captured a piece of history. Not the kind of history you read about in textbooks but little history. Like the way your mum looked when you were two or how excited you felt on your wedding day. Small stuff.
As you can see, I’m more than just a bit sentimental. I keep old letters, clothes I wore travelling that I can’t bear to part with; movie stubs and of course photos.
I love all things beautiful. I’m a bit girly like that.
I have a gorgeous daughter and a wonderful husband, both of whom I love wholeheartedly and both of whom make me laugh everyday.
Simple things make me happy, like hugs or vegemite on toast…I believe there’s a lot of beauty to be found in simplicity.
